A NEW GENERATION OF LEADERSHIP

Weston Imer is a business owner, elected official, and community leader committed to restoring accountability in government and strengthening public safety.

As the Founder and CEO of Prodigy Consulting Group, Weston has led organizations, managed teams, and delivered results in high-pressure environments. Today, he also serves as an elected Director of the Pleasant View Water and Sanitation District Board in Jefferson County, where he oversees public infrastructure, budgets, and essential services that directly impact local residents.

Weston is running for Sheriff to bring disciplined leadership, operational accountability, and allow the team at the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office to do their jobs.

PROVEN LEADERSHIP

Weston brings a unique combination of executive leadership, public service, and real-world problem-solving:

  • Elected Director — Pleasant View Water & Sanitation District (Jefferson County)
Responsible for oversight of critical infrastructure, fiscal management, and public accountability at the local level

  • Founder & CEO — Prodigy Consulting Group
Leading strategic operations, communications, and organizational growth across multiple sectors

  • National Political Experience
Worked alongside the Trump Administration and the RNC as a campaign official and surrogate, helping coordinate messaging, operations, and grassroots engagement at scale

  • Organizational & Team Leadership
Building coalitions, managing personnel, and delivering measurable outcomes in complex environments

Weston understands how to lead organizations, manage resources, and implement systems that produce results — all essential responsibilities of a Sheriff.

A STRONG COMMITMENT TO PUBLIC SAFETY

Weston believes that public safety starts with leadership that understands both the responsibility of government and the rights of the people.

As a licensed concealed carry (CCW) holder in Jefferson County, Weston has a personal understanding of responsible firearm ownership and the importance of self-defense rights.

He is committed to ensuring law-abiding citizens are protected while criminals are held accountable.

He will bring a balanced, common-sense approach to law enforcement, one that prioritizes safety, accountability, and YOUR constitutional rights.

WHY THIS FIGHT IS PERSONAL:

As a lifelong resident of Jefferson County and a 5th-generation Colorado Native, Weston’s decision to run for Sheriff is rooted in firsthand experience.

After being the victim of harassment, vandalism, and other targeted crimes, he saw how difficult it can be for victims to get meaningful follow-through. Cases that require time, coordination, and resources are too often left unresolved.

That experience exposed a critical gap in the system — one that leaves victims without answers and offenders without accountability.

No one in Jefferson County should have to fight for justice alone.

A Sheriff's office focused on Results

Weston believes the role of Sheriff is to enforce the law, protect the community, and support the deputies who serve on the front lines.

His leadership will focus on:

  • Empowering deputies to proactively do their jobs

  • Ensuring investigations are thorough and built for prosecution

  • Restoring coordination with local, state, and federal law enforcement partners

  • Prioritizing serious and high-impact crimes

  • Delivering measurable results — not just activity

Leadership matters — and results matter.

The Jefferson County Jail must operate at the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Recent concerns surrounding conditions and oversight highlight the need for stronger leadership and accountability.

As Sheriff, Weston will ensure the jail is:

  • Properly managed and staffed

  • Maintained to professional standards

  • Equipped to safely house inmates and support staff

  • Operated with transparency and accountability

A well-run facility protects lives, supports deputies, and reduces risk for taxpayers.
